If You’re Entering 2026 Already Tired, This Is for You

If you’re walking into 2026 feeling hopeful and exhausted, I see you. Some moms are setting big goals, color-coding planners, and declaring this is their year. Some moms are just trying to survive bedtime.

Both are welcome here.

A new year has a funny way of stirring something inside us — that quiet wanting more feeling. Not more stuff. Not more pressure. Just… more you. More clarity. More joy. More purpose. But sometimes you don’t even know what that looks like yet, let alone how to get there.

And that’s okay.

You don’t have to have it all figured out on January 1st or even the 8th.

My Word for 2026: Faithful

Every year I choose a word and a verse, and this year my word is Faithful.

Life has a way of throwing curveballs when you least expect them. Last year was a shaker for me — and honestly, I’m still walking through it. Still waiting for direction. Still trusting God in the in-between.

And through it all, He has been faithful.

He’s been my rock when things felt unsteady. He’s lit my path when I couldn’t see what was next. He’s given me discernment exactly when I needed it. He’s never left me, even on the days I didn’t feel Him.

When I keep seeking Him, I can see His faithfulness everywhere.

So in 2026, I want to be intentional about not missing the blessings. I want to search for His faithfulness in my life — and in return, be faithful to Him. Faithful in my business. Faithful with what He’s entrusted to me. Watering it. Tending it. Letting it bloom bigger than it ever has.

I don’t want to rush past blessings just because I’m distracted or tired. I highly encourage you to choose a word of the year. If you need a little direction, here's a questionnaire you can fill out to suggest one or a few for you.

Word of the year

You’re Doing Better Than You Think

Let me tell you something you might need to hear:

You are doing a really good job.

Raising humans is holy work — even on the messy days. Especially on the messy days.

But here’s the thing… to keep doing that holy work well, you have to take care of you.

That might look like:

  • Actually eating real meals

  • Drinking water (yes, this is your reminder)

  • Feeding your spirit — even if it’s five quiet minutes in the bathroom with your Bible

  • Sneaking the dark chocolate after bedtime

  • Sitting in the quiet right before the chaos begins

  • Getting sunshine every day

  • Blasting worship music, dancing around the kitchen, and singing at the top of your lungs with your kids

Little things matter more than we realize.

You are seen. You are heard. You are not alone, cause I'm feeling it too.

Finding Yourself as a Mom Is Different Than I Ever Expected

Finding yourself with kids is harder than I ever imagined it would be — especially when life is layered with everything else. Somewhere along the way, it’s easy to lose pieces of who you were… and who you’re still becoming.

But once I decided that taking care of me wasn’t selfish — that it actually made me a better mom — everything shifted.

I want to be a better woman for me. A better mother for my kids. Someone they’re proud of.

I want them to look back on their childhood and remember love, safety, laughter, and a mom who showed them how to live fully and faithfully — especially my girls.

And that starts with me choosing to show up for myself.

Wearing Your Story

There’s something powerful about wearing a reminder of what matters most to you.

As moms, we’re pulled in a thousand directions, often forgetting to pause and remember who we are and what we’re walking toward. That’s why personalized jewelry means so much to me. It’s not just something pretty — it’s a piece of your story.

This January, our Customer Special ADA Necklace feels especially meaningful. Simple, timeless, and personal, it’s the kind of piece you can wear every day. Whether it holds your word of the year, an initial, or a quiet reminder of God’s faithfulness, it becomes more than jewelry — it becomes a reminder you carry close to your heart. And sometimes I need this daily.

Because your story matters. And sometimes the smallest reminders make the biggest difference.

3 Simple Ways to Find You in 2026

Nothing overwhelming. Nothing unrealistic. Just small, meaningful steps.

1. Make space for yourself Even tiny pockets of time count. Five minutes. Ten minutes. Consistency matters more than length.

2. Listen to what lights you up Pay attention to what brings energy back into your body and joy into your heart — and don’t ignore it.

3. Care for your whole self Your body, your mind, and your spirit all matter. When one is neglected, the others feel it.

Let’s Grab 2026 by the Horns

Let’s make 2026 a year where we focus on us. Finding us. Loving us a little more. Being confident in who we are — and proud of it.

Because when we take care of ourselves, we become the best version of us for the people we love most.

For me, that means taking my health seriously. I found a dance workout class I can’t wait to start. I’m being more intentional with what I eat, staying hydrated, and putting my time with God at the top of my priority list so my spirit stays well-fed too.

My hope is to rediscover pieces of who I was before kids — while embracing the woman and mother I am now. Go ahead and save this image to make it your screensaver to remind you this is your year!
